Dry white Bordeaux, 100% Sauvignon white and Sauvignon grey, matured on the lees for a round structure. Very fruity and aromatic, it is ideal with fish or seafood.
Bordeaux Rosé, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon (old vines) and 50% Merlot. The former grape variety develops the tannic structure while the later brings fruitness and roundness. Il is a perfect companion for aperitifs and summer cooking.
